摘要
针对续建、改建工程所涉及到的各个环节进行深入分析,并结合具体工程实例所遇到的一系列问题进行研究,对诸如大底板下基础补桩、大底板处理、新老桩共同受力、新老基础底板衔接处防水节点处理及土建施工过程与基坑围护相互关系等关键问题进行详细地阐述,以便为今后遇到此类设计提供借鉴。
Every procedures of the reconstruction project are deeply analysed and a series of problems in the practical construction examples are researched in this paper.Some key problems are also described in detail such as additional piles to the foundation under the large base slab,treatment of the large base slab,force-bearing together with the new and old piles,treatment of waterproof joint between the new and old base slab,and the mutual relationship between civil engineering construction and enclosure of the foundation pit.They can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
