摘要
扼要阐述了对既有房屋进行套建增层改造的意义、既有房屋增层改造技术在国内外的发展及应用,介绍了可用于既有房屋套建增层的结构形式、相关设计与施工的技术问题及作者近年来所开展的工程实践,提出了需进一步开展的关于既有房屋套建增层结构设计理论研究工作。
The significance of reconstruction of adding storeys around the existing building,state of the art and application of reconstruction technique at home and abroad are briefly introduced.Structure types,related technical problems of design and construction and engineering projects accomplished by authors are presented.Design theory and research on reconstruction of adding storeys around the existing building needed to be done further research are proposed.
