摘要
高校思想政治工作方法的创新,应围绕高校的培养目标的实际需要,在教书育人、服务育人、管理育人上下工夫,根据社会主义市场经济条件下人们的思想观念的变化,在有针对性上下功夫,抓住青年教师这个重点,以适应"科教兴国"发展战略的需要。
The on riginality of universites and colleges ideological and political work methods must centre on the practical need of caltivating target,putfing emphasis of cultivating persons in teaching,serving and administering.According to the change of human thought concepts on the conditions of socialist market economy,based on aims,round young teachers,and corresponding to the ndde of Rejurenating our Country by Science and Education,the developing stratedge.
