函数值分摊理论及其在电力市场中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 电力市场中,输电使用份额的确定、网损分摊等问题的实质都是将某个函数值在其自变量之间分摊。该文在对函数值分摊问题进行定义和系统分析的基础上,对目前主要的分摊方法进行了归类、分析和比较;然后对电力系统中常见的多项式函数推导出了用各种方法进行分摊的公式,得出了一些有用的结论;最后对电力市场中进行函数值分摊存在的特殊问题包括自变量的选择、初始点的选择、负值的处理等进行了分析。 In electricity markets, identifying the contribution of each independent variable to function value is the essence of many issues, such as transmission pricing, congestion pricing, losses allocation and so on. Based on defining and discussing of function value allocation, the present allocation methodologies are classified and compared. Then allocation equations of each allocation method for multinomial functions, the most common functions in power system analysis, are deduced, and some useful conclusions are deduced. At the end of the paper, some specific issues of function value allocation in power electric markets, such as variables selection, initial point selection, counter flows pricing, are analyzed.
