摘要 复配农药厂,生产废水量很少、浓度高、水质变化大,针对这些厂的生产废水治理又成为一个新的课题.我们采用水解-兼性氧化-接触氧化法处理某复配农药废水,解决了废水毒性对生物影响、废水可生化性差、小流量难以均匀连续运行等问题,使工艺取得成功.其中调节池停留时间T≥7d,水解时间T≥1h,兼氧池停留时间T=5h,接触氧化池负荷为:一段1.2kgCOD/m3.d,二段0.8kgCOD/m3.d. The quantity of wastewater discharged from pesticide compounding factory is small. The concentration of the wastewater is high and its characteristics change frequently. Based on the wastewater of these factories treatment becomes a new problem. There are many problems such as wastewater's pesticide has influence on biology, it is less biodegradable and its rate of flow is too small to make function continually and so on. To resolve these problems the compounding pesticide wastewater is treated by hydrolyze-facultative-contact oxidation process and the technology is in success. The retention time of equalization tank is WT≥7 d, and the degradation time is T≥1 h.The retention time of facultative tank is 5h. The primary and secondary treatment loadings of contact oxidation tank are 1.2kgCOD/m3.d and 0.8kgCOD/m3.d respectively.
