摘要 利用机械混合法制备了不同粒径SiCp填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料PTFE/SiCp,并采用M-200型环一块材料磨损试验机在干摩擦条件下对其磨损特性进行了研究,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱仪对复合材料的磨损表面和摩擦环表面进行了形貌观察及检测.结果表明:SiCp的加入大大提高了PTFE的耐磨性能,SiCp粒径的大小是影响复合材料耐磨性能及磨损机理的重要因素之一. A research about wear properties in dry condition of SiC particles filled PTFE composite material with 45# steel (the formation of quench, tempering in low temperatures ) was investigated by using M-200 model friction and wear testing machine. A observation was made by analysis of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and energy dispersal X-ray spectroscopy (ED). The results show that: the amount of wear was greatly reduced by the addition of SiC particles, At the same amount of SiC particles, the size of SiCp influence the wear resistance and mechanism of PTFE/SiCp greatly.
