摘要
提出一种采用二次抛物线来拟合温度—密度曲线进行饱和蒸汽的流量补偿的方法,并且用MCS-51单片机进行数据处理。既克服了传统流体计量补偿不能适应工况大范围变化或不能满足精度要求的缺陷,同时提高了拟合精度降低了成本。
This paper presents a method of flux compensation of saturated vapor. This method adopts parabola fitting the curve of temperature-density and deals with the data by MCS-51 single-chip computer. It overcomes the defect of the traditional methods that cannot adapt to working conditions varying in a large range or to the requirement of accuracy. At the same time, this method increases the accuracy and decreases the cost.
