摘要
对QStE380TMSEW 0 92材料进行疲劳试验 ,得到了应力 寿命曲线 ,当σ >σ0 .1时 ,N =6 .72 2× 10 4 1×σ- 13.196 ,σ0 .1=335MPa ;得到了应变疲劳特性Δσ/ 2 =919(2Nf) - 0 .0 92 3,Δεp/ 2 =1.0 8(2Nf) - 0 .7599,Δσ/ 2 =912 (Δεp/ 2 ) 0 .12 0 4 。其裂纹扩展速率为 :当da/dN≥ 5× 10 - 5mm /周 ,da/dN =1.0 4 1× 10 - 9(ΔK) 3.30 12 ;当da/dN <5× 10 - 5mm/周 ,da/dN =3.74 7× 10 - 12 (ΔK) 6 .8595。
This article studied the fatigue property of QStE380TM SEW092. By the test of stress life, strain life, crack propagation rate d a /d N , many useful results were gotten as following: S N curve, N =6.722×10 41 × σ -13.196 , σ 0.1 =335MPa; ε -2 N f curve, Δ σ /2=919(2 N f) -0.0923 , Δ ε p/2=1.08(2 N f) -0.7599 , Δ σ /2=912(Δ ε p/2) 0.1204 ; d a /d N -Δ k curve, d a /d N =1.041×10 -9 (Δ K ) 3.3012 (d a /d N ≥5×10 -5 mm/cycle), d a /d N =3.747×10 -12 (Δ K ) 6.86 (d a /d N <5×10 -5 mm/cycle).
