摘要
本文从分析我国石油工业生产的特点出发,阐述了石油城市规划建设的特殊性;提出了石油城与区域的系统规划问题,城市选址,模式形态、规划建设的阶段性问题,城市环境、人口构成、发展规模及其迁移转产等问题;以便深入研究,指导规划实践。
The speciality of petroleum city programming is described by analysing our country' s production ofpetroleum m dustry in this paper.Some petroleum city problems are also proposed, Such as systematicprogramming between petroleum city and its ambient area, location, model, periodicity of program con-struct, special population forming, devoloping scale, movement and changement of production line. It'suseful for doing more research and guiding the practice of programming.
