低进汽压力下超音速两相流升压特性实验研究 被引量:4

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON LIFTING-PRESSURE AND HEATING PROCESS OF SUPERSONIC STEAM- WATER TWO-PHASE FLOW INJECTOR IN LOW INLET STEAM PRESSURE

摘要 本文采用实验方法研究了进汽压力为0.2 MPa以下时,由蒸汽喷嘴、混合腔及相应的阀门和管道组成超音速汽液两相流升压加热装置的运行特性。实验表明在进汽压力为0.1 MPa-0.2 MPa时,超音速汽液两相流升压加热装置都可稳定可靠地运行,且升压效果明显,可满足电力、供暖、轻工等许多行业蒸汽加热的要求。 The performance of supersonic steam-water two-phase flow device composed by a nozzle, mixing chamber and the corresponding valves is studied experimentally when the inlet steam presure is less than 0.2MPa. The experimental results show that the injector can run stably and reliably and the pressures of outlet water is lifted obviously while the inlet steam pressure changes from 0.1 MPa to 0.2 MPa. The characteristics can be used as effective heater in the engineering fields such as power plant, heating, light industry etc.
