摘要
针对中西医学结合研究搞了几十年却未能在理论创新和疑难疾病的治疗上取得突破性进展的状况 ,认为这主要是因为研究者对中西医学各自的本质和相互关系、中西医学结合的目的和方式缺乏深刻的认识。指出反思是为了提高 ,首先 ,要一切从临床实际出发 ,所提出的观点和方法应该具有临床实用性 ,杜绝空谈 ;第二 ,当前中西医学结合最迫切需要解决的问题是遣药组方上的中西医学对立和治疗缺乏针对性。认为在疾病的诊治中主张宏观上符合中医理论和微观上符合西医理论的“双符合理论”
Researches on combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine have been carried on for several decades,but breakthroughs have not been achieved in bringing forth new ideas in the theory and the therapy for difficult and complicated diseases.this is attributed to researchers' shallow understanding of the respective natures and the interrelationship for traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine ,and of the objecetive and the mode of combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine.Reflection is for enhancement .First,we must start everything from clinical actual conditions,and viewpoints and methods set forth should be of clinical immediate practical use,while empty abstraction should be stopped.Second,the contradiction of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine in selecting drugs and forming prescriptions,and lack of therapeutical clear aim are the most urgent problems to be solved at present.It is thought the best method that resolves these problems to date is 'Double Accord Theory'which maintains to accord with traditional Chinese medicine macroscopically and to conform to Western medicine microscopically in diagnosis of diseases and treatment for diseases.
