摘要
对长线阵CCD拼接仪的整体设计作了分析,采用精密滚珠丝杠驱动工作台,花岗岩作基座,大理石作台面和气浮导轨承载,保证运动精度和延长使用寿命。拼接仪以交流伺服电机驱动,光栅作为位移的检测元件,电机与丝杠之间用直联式连接,并选用精密仪器轴承保证丝杠的回转精度。
The whole design of the work-table for arraying CCD is analyzed.The precise ball screws are used for transmission.Granite base,Marble plate and air cushion guide are utilized to ensure movement precision and last life.Grating sensor is used to measure displacement,The table is driven by servo-motor which is coupled with screws directly.And the precise instrument bearings are used as well.
