摘要
从户型、空间、环境,多角度阐述了舒适型住宅的内涵,分析了创造舒适型住宅的设计要素,提出住宅设计应由“粗放设计”转为“精细设计”,以满足人们对生活质量的不断追求。
In this paper the conception of relaxed and loose residence is elaborated from structure, space, environment and other aspects. And the design element factors of creating relaxed and loose residence are analyzed. The residential design should change its conception from extensive design to fine design to meet the requirements of people for high quality of life.
