摘要
本文采用无溶剂强酸催化工艺合成了环氧化亚麻仁油,研究了亚麻仁油环氧化的实验工艺,结果表明,环氧化的最佳工艺条件为亚麻仁油60g,冰醋酸40g,双氧水55g,反应温度65℃,反应时间6h。
Epoxidised linseed oil was synthesized through catalyzed by strong acid without solvent. The technology of epoxidised linseed oil was studied in the text. The synthesis conditions of epoxidised linseed oil was 6og linseed oil, 40g glacial acetic acid and 55g hydrogen peroxide solution under reaction temperature 65℃ and reaction time 6h .
