据 2 0 0 1年国际体联健美操最新竞赛规则 ,讨论了竞技健美操的发展趋势 ,分析了我国健美操现状 ,提出了健美操的训练策略。
This article reveals the developing tendency of aerobics and analyzes the present situation of county'athletic aerobics;It also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions that we should take to improve our athletics'level.
