摘要
通过对漏光型环形光瞳滤波器三个特征参数(K、a和b)的优化,得到了具有最佳三维超分辨的漏光 型环形光瞳结构(k=0.416,a=0.407,b=0.935).计算和分析表明,利用优化的光瞳的显微镜成像系统,其 三维超分辨能力优于其它方法所得的结果.本文的优化方法对其它三维光瞳滤波器也适用.
The best structure of the leaky annular 3-D superresolution pupil filter is obtained by using the method of optimum design. The optimizing results are that of K= 0.416, a = 0.407 and b = 0.935. Computing and analyzing show that the 3-D superresolution character of it is preferable to that of other different methods. The present technology is also suitable to any 3-D superresolution pupil filters.
