FORMULATION AND SOLUTION OF GEOMETRIC CONSTRAINTS FOR VARIATIONAL MECHANICAL DRAWING

摘要 变量化设计是新一代绘图系统和特征设计系统必不可少的基本功能。在国内外已有的各种几何约束表示和求解方法中,本文研究最适合于交互设计绘图系统实现的辅助线作图法。文中用五元组:尺寸标注值、基准、辅助线、轮廓线以及有向图建立起工程图的约束模型,讨论了相应的几何推理技术和过约束、欠约束的检查方法。本文提出的方法正在微机上实现,效果良好。 Based on the overview of existing methods for handling variational geometry of engineering drawings,auxiliary line method,best fit to the requirements of implementing an interactive 2D design and drafting system is proposed.A new constraint model is built up with quintuple:dimen- sion value,datum,auxiliary line,contour line and directed graph.The relevant methods of geometric reasoning as well as conditions of over-constraint and under-constraint are discussed.
