摘要
为了更好地了解水杨酸与水稻抗病的内在联系,以水稻感白叶枯病组合威优402和抗白叶枯病组合威优64为材料,用0.005~0.2mmol/L的水杨酸处理种子后,观察种子发芽情况,水稻发芽种子中的过氧化物酶、淀粉酶活性、可溶性糖含量的变化.结果表明,威优64和威优402种子经较高浓度(0.1~0.2mmol/L)的水杨酸处理后,萌发都受到抑制,发芽种子中过氧化物酶活性降低,淀粉酶活性升高,在威优64发芽种子中可溶性糖含量减少,而威优402发芽种子中其含量变化不明显.较低浓度(0.005~0.05mmol/L)的水杨酸处理,能促进种子的萌发,发芽种子中淀粉酶活性下降,威优64发芽种子中过氧化物酶活性升高,可溶性糖含量增加,而威优402发芽种子中过氧化物酶活性下降,可溶性糖含量变化不明显.
Salicylic acid is thought to be significantly funcftioned during disease resistance and phytophysiologica responses in plant. In order to know further interrelation of salicylic acid and rice disease resistance,we use the seeds of rice (Weiyou64 and Weiyou402) as the experimental material.These seeds treated with various level(0.005~0.2 mmol/L)of salicylic acid,the rate of seeds germintion ,the activity of peroxidase and amylase ,the content of solublesugar are investigated.After the seeds of Weiyou64 and Weiyou402 are treated with high level (0.1~0.2 mmol/L)of SA, the result shows that the germination of the seeds is inhibited effectively,with activity of amylase increased and activity of peroxidase declined in germinated seeds. Content of solublesugar is decreased in germinated seeds of Weiyou64, without obvious changes in Weiyou402. Having been treated with low level (0.005~0.05 mmol/L)of SA ,the germination of the seeds is increased.The activity of amylase is reduced in germinated seeds.Ingerminated seeds of Weiyou64,and activity of peroxidase is declined,without any obvious change in the content of solublesugar.
