摘要
做好党外知识分子工作是高校统战工作的主要任务之一。充分发挥他们的积极性、主动性和创造性将给整个学校工作带来新的活力。文章就当前形势下高校党外知识分子工作所面临的挑战以及高校党外知识分子的特点作了一些分析 ,并结合高校实际提出了一些加强和改进高校党外知识分子工作的思路。
Uniting non-Party intellectuals is one of the principal works for the United Front in higher education,for their ardor and creativity could bring about new and inexhaustible energy to colleges.This essay focuses on the challenges in the current circumstances in this area,and analyzes the characteristics of the non-Party intellectuals.Besides,it puts forward measures to strengthen and improve this work in college.
