摘要
目的 :研究硝苯地平溶液光解反应的动力学规律和影响因素 ,探讨药物光稳定性的研究方法。方法 :在日光灯、紫外灯和自然光照射下对不同浓度硝苯地平溶液进行强制降解实验。结果 :硝苯地平溶液在自然光和日光灯下的光解动力学规律基本相同 ,溶液的浓度影响药物对光的吸收 :低浓度溶液的光解为一级反应 ;高浓度时光解反应趋向于零级反应 ,光解反应速率常数与光的照度成线性关系。 结论 :硝苯地平溶液光解的速率主要决定于照射光的性质。
Objective:To study the photodecomposition kinetics of nifedipine solution and the reaction mechanism, and to present the method for studying the photostability of drugs. Methods:Forced degradation testing was carried out at different concentration nifedipine solution while fluorescent lamp, ultraviolet lamp or daylight was employed. Results: The photodecomposition rate was linear with the illuminance of light. The disappearance of nifedipine solution at lower concentrations was best described by apparent first order kinetics, while at higher concentrations zero order kinetics was followed. Conclusion:The photodecomposition rate of nifedipine solution largely depends on the illuminance of light and the absorption of light by the drug.
