摘要
目的:研究Vitapex对年轻恒牙的根尖诱导成形作用。方法:将68例共75颗患牙随机分为两组,实验组38颗,对照组37颗,分别用Vitapex和氢氧化钙糊剂进行根尖诱导成形术,术后两年随访并比较其疗效。结果:实验组和对照组的成功率分别为97.37%,78.38%,实验组和对照组成功率的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用Vitapex进行根尖诱导成形术是一种简便、有效、可靠的治疗方法。
Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of apexification withVi tapex on immature permanent teeth.Methods75teeth of 68cases were collected an d devided into two groups randomly.38teeth were treated with Vitapex,while 37teeth were treated with calcium hydroxide.The effects of the treatment were fo llowed.Results The clinical effect of Vitapex was better than that of Calcium hydroxide.Conclusion The study shows that apexification with Vitapex on immature permanent teeth is an easy ,effective and reliable therapy.
