摘要
针对常压塔顶换热器管束在加工高硫原油工艺条件下的腐蚀问题 ,综合考虑经济因素及长周期稳定操作要求 ,对多种防腐蚀方法进行比较 ,将管束材质更换为 0 8Cr2AlMo,同时严格控制管束制造质量 ,改进焊接结构 。
The corrosion of condensers at the top of atmospheric tower in processing high sulfur crude oil is serious. To abtain a good economic benefit and get long period operation, 08Cr2AlMo steel bundle is adopted. A fairly good effectiveness is obtained.
