摘要
近年来,中资商业银行正面临越来越激烈的来自各方面的竞争。作者从商业银行进行客户关系管理的角度,分析了中资商业银行进行客户关系管理的意义及应注意的几个问题,最后提出了在客户关系管理信息技术建设方面的可行架构。
In the past few years, Chinese banks have faced much more fierce competition than ever. This paper analyzes the significance of constructing CRM and the problems worthy of serious consideration.In the end, it also puts forward some ideas on how to construct a good CRM.
