邓小平作为新中国第二代领导集体的核心 ,作为伟大的无产阶级革命家 ,改革开放的总设计师 ,给我们留下了丰富而宝贵的领导思想。其基本内容是 :领导的本质就是服务 ,实事求是是领导的基础 ,领导制度是根本 ,领导班子建设是重点 ,领导作风建设是突破口 ,选才用人是关键。学习和研究邓小平的领导思想 ,对于 2 1世纪中国社会主义现代化建设具有十分重要的意义。
The core of the CPC' second-generation leadership,a great revolutionary of proletariate and the general architect of reform and opening Deng Xiao-Ping left us abundent and precious lead thought.The general content of Deng's lead thought were:the essence of lead was serve,and seeking truth from reality and system were the bases of lead;the construciton of leadership and style of lead were very important,and the key of lead was selecting and using person with ability,learning and studying Deng Xiao Ping's lead thought is very important to the construciton of the 21th century of socialist modernization of China.
