摘要
水利水电土建工程是露天作业 ,且在河床施工 ,是受自然灾害影响较大的较高风险的建筑工程 ,通过保险转移风险 ,建立保险保障体系 ,是控制工程风险的措施 ,水利部、国家电力公司、工商行政管理总局颁发的《水利水电土建工程施工合同条件及技术条款 (2 0 0 0年版 )》对办理保险作了专项规定。对《合同条件》规定办理的 ,工程一切险、施工设备险、雇主责任险的基本保险条款和内容 ,保险费率的确定 ,保险费和赔偿计算 ,保险索赔等作了较系统的介绍。
Since civil project of hydraulic and hydropower engineering is an outdoor operation carried out in riverbed,it is a high-risk construction project affected by natural disasters to a great extent.The measure to control the engineering risk is to set up an insurance guarantee system to shift the risk.Special stipulation for applying insurance has been made in《The Contract Conditions and Technical Provisions for Construction of Civil Project of Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering (2000edition)》issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,the National Power Company and the General Industrial and Commercial Administration.This paper presents in a systematic way the basic provisions and contents of insurance against all risks of the project,insurance of construction equipment and insurance of employer's liabilily,determination of insurance rate and computation of insurance premium and indemnification and insurance claim stipulated in the《Contract Conditions》.
