钢锭模内吹氩提高镇静钢质量的原理

摘要 本文从理论上分析了采用锭模吹氩对提高镇静钢质量的作用。锭模吹氩工艺有去气,去夹杂物方面的效果,并可以改善钢锭铸态组织,减少皮下气泡,还探讨了锭模吹氩对钢锭化学成分和宏观偏析的影响。 This paper has theoretically studied the effect of blowing Ar into molds on improving killed steel ingot quality. The results show that the process of blowing Ar into molds is effective in degasification and inclusion removal. Furthermore, it can improve the ingot cast structure and reduce the subsurface porosity of ingots. This paper also disccused the effect of the process on the composition of ingots and macrosegregation.
