摘要
本文简要介绍了国外研制6.5％Si钢的历史及最新进展,着重对已有产品面市的日本NKK公司的CVD法的工艺技术及设备状况进行了综述。
A brief introduction was made to the history and recent progress in the research and development of 6. 5% silicon steel abroad. Emphasis was laid upon a review of the process and equipment of CVD method invented by NKK Japan, who has now had ready made products of the steel on the market.
