摘要
研究了外加剂碳酸钠、腐植酸钠和陶瓷碱水剂 (AST)对石英—水系统相对粘度的影响 ,确定了石英—水系统合适的外加剂及其加入量。实验证明 :外加剂的加入会使石英—水系统的相对粘度降低 ,且无论系统静置与否 ,碳酸钠都是一种较好的外加剂 ,其加入量在 0 .1%左右为宜 ;当系统静置时 ,加入腐植酸钠降低相对粘度的效果最好 ,加入量在 0 .0 5 %左右为宜。
This paper deals with the influence of the additions such as sodium carbonate?sodium humate and ceramic water reducer(AST) on relative viscosity of the quartz-water system,and the assurance of the correct additions as well as their added amount to the quartz-water system.Experimental proof:the relative viscosity of the quartz-water system brings down as the additions is entered,and whether the system is standing or not,sodium carbonate is a better addition.It is proper when addition of sodium carbonate is about 0.1%.The relative viscosity of the quartz-water system brought down is the best,when the quartz-water system is reposed and used to sodium humate,additions of sodium humate is about 0.05%.
