摘要
以人为本一方面体现着青年学生的成长要求,另一方面也是高校德育教育适应教育体制改革和素质教育的必然要求。在德育工作中,只有以人为本,以学生为主体,尊重学生的身心特点和成长规律,才能把培养目标的要求落到实处,从而调动大学生自觉成才的积极性。
Moral educational work based on humanity embodies the demand of young students' growth, on the other hand it's essentially demand for moral education in universities to adapt to educational system reform and quality education. In the moral education work, which is based on human nature, students become subject and students mental feature and growth rule should be respected, and the demand on training goal can be expected really so as to inspire the students' enthusiasm of self- success.
