稀土元素在4Cr5MoV1Si钢气体软氮化过程中的作用和机制探讨

摘要 本文研究在4Cr5MoV1si钢气体软氮化过程中添加微量稀土元素,对动力学过程、渗层组织和性能的影响。结果表明,加入适当的稀土元素,可使渗速提高25~35%;渗层中氮、碳含量增高,且向内延伸,渗层硬度提高,耐磨性提高近一倍,并能使气体软氮化温度降低10~20℃。稀土元素渗入钢表面,不仅起到催渗、活化渗剂的作用,同时起到微合金化的作用。 In this paper, the effect of trace rare-earth elements on the dynamic process of nitrocarburizing process of 4Cr5MoVlSi as well as structure and properties of diffusion layer is studied. The result shows that adding proper quantity of rare-earth elements may increase diffusion rate by 25~35 %, raise the amount of N and C in diffusion layer and make it extend inside. Furthermore the diffusion thickness is increased obviously, the surface microhardness is inceased, the wear resistance is heightened by near 1 time and temperature of gas nitrocarburizing is lowered by 10~ 20℃. The rare-earth elements diffused onto the steel surface play the roles not only of the catalyzing and activating penetrator, but also of the effect of microalloying.
