摘要
为解决黄铜酸洗件和镀锡件的防变色能力差、产品焊接性能差、生产成本高及三废污染严重等问题,研究开发出了一种可在室温下操作的无铬化工艺。试验结果表明,该新工艺应用于黄铜酸洗件和镀锡件的表面防变色处理,解决了产品焊接性能差、成本高等问题,提高了产品质量,改善了生产环境。
In order to deal with the oxidizing,difficulty to welding,high cos ts and waste pollution in brass pickling and tin plating,a new nonchrome techn ology operated at room temperature was developed.Experimental results indicated that apply this technology to the surface anti-colour fade treatment of bras s pickling parts and tin plating parts,the product quality could be improved wi th easy to welding and lower costs.
