摘要 基于对传统空调用铜管翅片式冷凝器的研究分析 ,提出了一种新型的冷凝器形式 ,其迎风侧和背风侧采用不同直径的铜管和不同宽度的翅片。通过对两种形式的冷凝器的流动和换热进行的数值分析 ,新设计的冷凝器具有比传统冷凝器高的换热能力和低的空气流动阻力 ,适合于空调器的使用 。 Based on the CFD analyses of the tube\|fin condensers normally used in air conditioners, a new method was put forward and a new type of condenser is produced and analyzed with CFD software. In the new condenser, the smaller diameter tubes and the smaller width fins are used at front row, while the lager diameter tubes and the lager width fins are used at rear row. The CFD analysis results show that new condenser has higher heat transfer capacity and lower airside pressure drop. The new method can be used in heat transfer enhancement design for condensers and evaporators.
