摘要
本文力求从理论层面解读俄罗斯外交。普京执政以来的俄罗斯外交 ,最根本的特点是 ,从国家利益出发制定对外政策。本文首先简要分析了国家利益的内涵 ,进而揭示了俄罗斯的国家利益 ,随后探讨了俄罗斯国家利益与外交决策的互动关系 ,并进一步预测了俄罗斯外交的发展趋势 ,最后总结了这种互动关系的两点启示。
This article analyses Russian diplomacy at the theoretical level. Since Vladimir Putin assumed power, Russian diplomacy has been characterized by policy making according to Russian national interests. Beginning with an analysis of the meaning of national interests, the article probes into the content of Russian national interests and the interaction between Russian national interests and its foreign policy making. It predicts trends in Russian diplomacy and reveals two results from the interaction between national interests and foreign policy making.
