摘要
对20CrMnMo钢在氮基渗碳气氛中进行了不同阶段的内氧化试验,并从热力学和动力学角度对试验结果进行了讨论,指出内氧化大部分发生在保温渗碳阶段,提高碳势有利于减轻内氧化;对深层渗碳,可采用渗后处理减轻内氧化。
Internal oxidation experiment has been carried out on 20CrMnMo steel at different stages in the nitrogenbased carburizing atmosphere, and the experiment result has been discussed in terms of thermal mechanics and dynamics. It is pointed out that internal oxidation took place mostly at heatholding carburizing stage, and it is helpful to reduce internal oxidation by increasing carbon potential. As for indepth carburizing, postcarburizing treatment can be used to reduce internal oxidation.
