摘要
本文报告了轻稀土 (Pr、Nd)取代钐对 2 :17型永磁材料磁性能以及热稳定性的影响。结果表明 :在材料中用轻稀土元素取代钐 ,可以提高材料的剩磁和磁能积 ,但是其取代量应该小于 0 3 ,否则材料的矫顽力急剧下降 。
The effects of light rare earth substituting Sm on the magnetic property and thermal stability of 2:17 type permanent magnet are reported.The results show that replacing Sm with light rare earth in the 2:17 type permanent magnet will improve the B r and (BH) max of the material,but the substitution amount should be less than 0 3,otherwise,the intrinsic coercivity will drop sharply,and we can't get the practical magnet.
