摘要
对比分析了Ag/Cu、Ag/BZn15-20两种丝材在机械性能和电学性能方面的差异以及 由此造成的加工工艺的不同,试验并分析了控制壁厚和复合界面扩散对材料复合质量和加 工性能的影响因素,在此基础上制订出合适的拉拔和软化退火工艺。
Ag/Cu and Ag/ BZn15-20 composites wires were proposed using room-temperature solid composite technique. The mechanical and electrical properties of the composites were determined. Some factors influencing the thickness of coating layer and interface diffusion were analyzed.
