摘要
培养与管理创新型教师是目前中小学教师队伍建设中的当务之急。创新性教师的培养可以从骨干与全员培养相结合、送出去与请进来相结合、教学实践与理论探讨相结合3方面进行。而创新型教师的管理则可以从制订创新教学目标、检查教学创新过程与评估教学创新成果3方面进行。
The cultivation and management of innovative-type teachers is now the most urgent task for the strengthening ofprimary and middle school teachers. The cultivation may be carried out in three aspects: First, the cultivation of key teachersshould be in combination with other teachers' improvement; Second, teachers' going out to study should be in combinationwith asking experts in; Third, teaching practice should be in combination with theoretical exploration. As to the managementof innovative-type teachers, it should begin with setting up innovative teaching goals, then check the whole process of teachinginnovation and evaluate the results of teaching innovation.
