摘要
从自动控制角度对吸入式、压差式、注入式 3种混药 (混肥 )装置进行分析比较 ,得出以下结论 :吸入式难以实现精确、可靠的控制 ;压差式同样存在不易精确控制的缺点 ;水力驱动注入式的控制可靠性较差 ;机械驱动注入式能够可靠地实现高精度实时自动调控 。
The paper is to analyze control performance of various kinds of pesticide or fertilizer mixers. It shows that the control precision and reliability of a suction mixer are poor; a differential pressure mixer can't achieve a high control precision; a hydraulic driving injection mixer is difficult to be controlled at a highly reliability; however, a mechanical driving injection mixer can run under real time automatic control with a high precision and a high reliability. For various control performance demands, the paper provides a guidance for selecting pesticide or fertilizer mixer and some controlling means.
