摘要
投资基金是市场经济发展到一定阶段的产物 ,它有一个随着市场化程度的提高 ,尤其是金融市场的充分发展而渐趋完善和成熟的发展过程。近年来 ,我国投资基金发展迅速 ,在国民经济中的地位日益提高。但是在投资基金的发展过程中同时也存在不少问题 ,这些问题能否有效解决直接关系到投资基金在中国的发展命运。该文分析了我国投资基金的发展现状 。
Investment funds is an outcome of the market economys advance to certain stage. It needs a process of gradually perfecting and maturing with marketization degree improving and financial market full advancing. In recent years, investment funds develop sharply in China. Its position on national economy is higher and higher. Ther are quite a few problems, however, in the process of investment funds development. These problems will affect the fortune of the investment funds in China if not properly solved. The article analyzes the situation of Chinas investment funds development, links it up with the essence of investment funds, and makes an deep approach on the development of Chinas investment funds.
