摘要
高校的青年教师是 2 1世纪中国高等教育的中坚力量 ,对高校坚持社会主义办学方向 ,培养造就又红又专的高级专门人才 ,有着特殊的重要作用。教师的思想道德建设关系到党的教育事业的前途和命运 ,其中世界观的改造是重中之重。该文就高校青年党员教师如何树立无产阶级世界观进行了探讨。
Young college teachers with Party membership are backbone elements of Chinese education in the 21 st century and play an important role in socialist building of China. Their self improvement of world outlook is vital to the future of China. The paper mainly discuses the transformation of world outlook under the guidance of Marxism.
