摘要
该文主要阐述党政共管 ,分工负责 ,共同搞好院 (系 )工作的意义、方法及应注意克服的现象。党政共管、分工负责将会使院 (系 )管理工作更加科学化与民主化 ,使院 (系 )工作更加规范有序。
The paper mainly discusses the function and method of improving college (department) management by the way of shared work and separate responsibilities between the Party and Administration. It also probes the cases we should try to avoid in the work. Shared management and separate responsibilities between the Party and Administration will make our work more scientific, democratic and successful.
