摘要
目的:总结术中颅脑B超在显微神经外科手术中的初步应用经验。方法:开颅后在硬脑膜外或硬脑膜下使用ALOKA型B超,结合术前的影像学资料,进行病变定位,选择手术路径后,在显微镜下切除病变,并用B超判断切除程度。结果:32例中,31例定位准确。其中27例全切除,5例次全切除,术后2例症状加重,其余患者神经功能保留良好。讨论:术中颅脑B超可以实时显示病变的部位与轮廓,有助于病变的术中定位,减少了手术的副损伤。
Objective:To introduce the use of B-mode ultrasound in microneurosurgical operation.Method:Combined with preoperative image data,we used B-mode ultrasound probe to find brain lesion after craniotomy,and resected the lesion under microscope,analysis of resection degree was performed by ultrasound.Result:Total lesion resection was achieved in27of the32cases,subtotal resection in5.Postoperatively the neurological functions were improved or unchanged in30cases,worsen in2cases.Conclusion:We can get the real-time position and image of brain lesion with intraoperative ultrasound.B-mode ultrasound is helpful for total resection of lesion and decreasing the side effect injury.
