摘要
介绍了以碳纤维为增强材料,以开环聚合酚醛树脂为基体研制成的新型摩阻材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,该摩阻材料具有适宜的摩擦系数和磨损量,各项性能指标优于市售摩阻材料,且具有较好的耐热性和较强的抗热衰退性,是具有广阔应用前景的新型摩阻材料。
This paper intruduces the development of a new type frictional material with ringopening polymerized phenolic resin as a matrix and carbon fiber as a reinforcement.Its properties were studied.Experiment results have shown that the carbon fiber frictional material has high frictional coefficients,and low wear rates and especially it has an excellent heat resistance.It is a new type frictional material which has a wide prospect of application.
