摘要
对思茅松进行钻孔 ,施入不同型号、不同剂量的思茅松增脂剂 ,用下降法采脂 ,采割面负荷率 4 0 % ,30d施一次药。利用本底产量对比法计算增脂率 ,以 1# 3mL、6mL ,2 # 9mL ,4 # 9mL效果较佳 ,最高增脂率达 4 0 .1%。采集松针并测定松针中叶绿素含量 。
Different kinds and dosages of tapping irritant agent were injected once 30 days into holes drilled in Pinus kesiya var langbianensis.Then oleoresin tapping was done with a descended face methold,which face load rate was 40%.The percentage increase was computed by background level correlation methold.Agent 1 #(3 mL?6 mL),2 #( 9 mL) and 4 # ( 9 mL) gave good effects,in which the highest growth rate is 40.1%.The needle chlorophyll content was tested and it proves that the increase of chlorophyll content is proportional to the increase of the production of eleoresin.
