摘要
本文通过叶轮圆盘摩擦损失与涡壳内水力损失之和为最小的原则,建立了叶轮出口几何参数与一修正系数K的数学表达式,根据收集到的目前国内最好的泵的数据,用回归分析方法得到了K=f(n_s)的函数关系。这一方法可很快地确定叶轮出口几何参数,并能保证泵在设计工况运行接近最高效率。
The performance of centrifugal pumps is mainly effected by the impeller outlet geometries. A method of determination of optimal outlet parameters are given in this paper. In order to obtain the best effeciency at design regime ,the impeller outlet papameters are calculated by a mathematical model based on minimizing hydraulic friction loss both at the disk and in casing. Seventeen pumps ,whith perform with best effeciency on different range of the specific speed of domestic IB type pumps,are selected for statistic investigation. An correlation factor versus specific speed ,K=f(n,),is given for calculation.
