摘要
政府发展是最近刚刚提出的新概念。政府发展是社会发展的产物,是政治发展的主体,是政府系统变迁的过程,是政府能力提升的结果。在现代化的进程中,政府发展日益凸显其作用。政府发展只有在深化改革的基础上才能实现。
In the process of modernization, the influence of government development is larger and larger. Government development is the product of social development, the main object of political development, the process of the variation of government system, and the result of the enhancement of government capacity. We can conclude that government reform and government innovation are the initiative power of government development.
