摘要
随着外商直接投资数的迅速增长,对技术开发的资金投入出现持续增加的趋势,推动了外资企业技术开发能力的明显上升。外商技术开发中的一个突出现象就是在上海、广东、江苏的技术开发投入资金要占全国的64%—80%之间。显然,外资企业技术开发投入的相对集中将会迅速增强这三个地区的技术创新能力和推动技术结构的快速升级,同时使这三个地区成为向中国其他地区进行技术扩散的中心。
The rapid increase in the direct investment by foreign businessmen has seen a tendency of sustained increasing investment in technical development as well as obvious enhancement of the technical development of foreign enterprises. An exceptional phenomenon in the technical development by foreign businessmen is that the capital invested in technical development in Shanghai,Guangdong and Jiangsu accounts for 64%-80% of the total sum across China. Obviously,the relative concentration of input in technical development in foreign-funded enterprises would rapidly enhance the technical innovation and rapid upgrading of the technical structure . At the same time,it will turn the above three areas into centers of technical spread in the rest of China.
