摘要
分析了飞机整体壁板类零件的特点 ,阐述了整体壁板外形曲面和内形面筋条、孔等结构特征的展开要求 ,提出了在厚度不变假设条件下不可展曲面的最小差量协调展开算法 ,建立了基于UG的结构设计功能和二次开发技术的壁板类零件数字化展开系统。
The characteristics of aircraft integral panel parts are analyzed. The development requirements in relation with the structural features, such as contour surface, inner ribs and holes, are described. The minimum difference coordination development algorithm of skew ruled surface under invariant thickness condition is put forward. The digital development system of panel parts based on UG and structural design function and secondary development technology is established.
