摘要
为解决蜡油加氢装置产品碱性氮含量不合格的问题,考察了焦化蜡油原料性质、反应温度、反应压力、空速、氢油比等因素对蜡油加氢脱氮率的影响,并提出降低加氢蜡油产品碱性氮含量的改进措施。结果表明:减压蜡油掺炼量为68.84%时,原料碱性氮含量最低;适当提高反应温度和压力,可提高脱氮率;空速为0.94 h^(-1)时,脱氮率最小,空速降低至0.77 h^(-1)时,脱氮率最高;氢油体积比约为750时,蜡油脱氮率低,氢油体积比约为1 300时,蜡油脱氮率高;改善原料性质、降低空速是提高蜡油加氢装置脱氮率最简单易行的方法。
In order to solve the problem that the unqualified alkaline nitrogen content in the product from wax oil hydrogenation unit affected the downstream catalytic cracking unit,the influencing factors on hydrodenitrification rate of wax oil were investigated,such as feedstock properties of coker gas oil, reaction temperature, reaction pressure, space velocity and hydrogen to oil,and improvement measures were put forward to reduce the basic nitrogen content in the hydrogenation wax products. The results showed that the basic nitrogen content of raw material was the lowest when the vacuum gas oil amount was 68.84%;the denitrification rate could be increased properly by increasing reaction temperature and pressure;the denitrification rate was the lowest when the volume space velocity was 0.94 h-1and the highest when reducing to 0.77 h-1;and the denitrification rate was the lowest when the hydrogen to oil was about 750, and the highest when about 1 300. Improving the properties of raw materials and reducing the space velocity were the simplest and easiest ways to improve the denitrification rate of wax oil hydrogenation unit.
