摘要
为了解决无油十字滑块压缩机滑道 -滑块副中存在的问题 ,提出采用聚醚醚酮 ( PEEK)材料的直线滑动轴承代替直线滚动轴承。针对影响 PEEK摩擦副寿命的两个主要因素 :摩擦副表面温度、工作载荷 ,建立了滑道 -滑块副表面温度计算模型 ,给出了工作载荷的计算式 ,并进行了不同转速、工作压力下的 PEEK摩擦副性能试验。通过理论和实验研究表明 ,上述设想是可行的。最后 ,本文根据计算结果及实验结果的分析对比 ,提出了一些改进措施。
In order to solve the problems existing in the block and slider pair of oilless quadro-flex compressor, the liner sliding bearing made of polyetheretherkatone (PEEK) is used instead of the liner ball bearing. With the two dominant factors influencing the life-span of PEEK friction pair, the mathematical model for thermodynamic calculation is established, the load formula is derived and the performance testing is engaged under different rotational speeds and different loads. Theoretical and experimental results show that the aforementioned idea is viable. Finally experimental and calculating results are analyzed and some improving methods are presented.
